We need support to move into the unknown. Yet the structures that provide safety also shape what we are able to do.

My sculptural practice explores systems of protection, support, and restraint. Drawing on textiles, protective equipment, and architectural structures, I transform familiar functional forms into objects that exist between body and space, care and control.

I am interested in how these structures can be altered, reimagined, or resisted, and what other ways of moving, perceiving, and relating to the world might become possible.
